By participating, you agree to these rules and Ascential Growth’s Terms of Service.
Eligibility. Referrers must have an active, paid Ascential Growth subscription to earn rewards. If your account is past due when a reward is earned, we’ll hold it until your account is current. Referred coaches must be new paying customers.
Code entry. The referral code must be entered at initial checkout. Only one referral code may be used per new account. Codes cannot be added retroactively. Only the code entered at checkout counts, and referrals cannot be reassigned between members.
Qualifying payments. The referred coach must complete their first and second successful monthly subscription payments. Setup fees and other charges do not count.
Reward value. The reward equals the referring coach’s monthly subscription price when the new coach first purchases Ascential Growth, excluding taxes, setup fees, and add-ons. It is earned after the new coach’s second successful monthly subscription payment and retains its original dollar value.
Reward application. One earned reward is applied per monthly billing cycle, up to the eligible subscription charge. Any unused portion remains available for future eligible subscription bills. Any applicable sales tax is calculated on your subscription invoice. The amount due depends on the tax treatment of the referral reward. Rewards do not cover setup fees or add-ons.
Reward limit. You may hold up to 12 unused rewards at a time. The limit is checked when the new coach’s second successful monthly subscription payment qualifies the referral. Referrals qualifying while you are at the limit do not earn a reward and are not queued or awarded retroactively. Subsequent qualifying referrals may earn rewards once your balance falls below 12.
Cancellation. Unused rewards are forfeited when your subscription ends. Returning customers are not eligible for another new-customer discount.
Refunds and disputes. Ascential Growth may withhold or reverse rewards tied to refunded payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions. If a reward has already been applied, its value may be deducted from future referral rewards.
Fair use. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake signups, unsolicited bulk messaging, posting codes on coupon, deal, or discount sites, and other attempts to manipulate the program are prohibited. Don’t bid on “Ascential Growth” in paid search ads, present yourself as an Ascential Growth employee, make false claims about the platform, or offer your own cash or incentives in exchange for using your code. Ascential Growth may deny or reverse rewards obtained through abuse.
Sharing your code. When recommending Ascential Growth with your code, clearly disclose that you may receive a reward. For example: “You get 50% off your first month, and I get a free month after your second payment.”
Errors. If a discount or reward is applied in error, we may correct it.
Program changes. Ascential Growth may change or end the program going forward. Changes will not reduce valid rewards already earned. Eligible referrals made before a change takes effect will be honored under the rules in place when they signed up.

We use referral codes, account identifiers, qualifying payment status, and reward history to run this program and prevent abuse. We may compare payment, billing, and contact details across accounts to detect self-referrals and abuse. Referrers can see their own referral code and any rewards applied to their bill. They can’t see who used their code or any other coach’s account or payment details.
