Privacy Policy
Ascential Growth LLC
Effective date: September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Ascential Growth LLC (“Ascential Growth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, why we collect it, when we disclose it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you. It applies to our websites, coach and client portals, scheduling, messaging, landing-page, support, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our guiding principle is to collect and use only what we reasonably need to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. We do not sell your personal information.
This Policy is designed for the United States launch of the Services. The Services are not currently directed to users outside the United States.
1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

Email: support@ascentialgrowth.com
Mailing address: 6545 Market Ave N, Suite 100, Canton, OH 44721

2. Scope and Our Relationship with Coaches
This Policy applies when Ascential Growth determines how personal information is used for our own business purposes and when Ascential Growth processes information to provide the Services. Independent coaches may determine what client information they enter, request, or use through the platform. Coaches are responsible for their own privacy notices, permissions, and lawful handling of client information. Ascential Growth may process that information on the coach’s behalf to operate the platform.
3. Information We Collect
Account and identity information
Name, email address, telephone number, login credentials, account role, age or date-of-birth confirmation, and communication preferences.
For coaches: business name, professional information, services, availability, pricing, branding, and related business details.
For users ages 13 through 17: parent or guardian name, email, relationship, consent, electronic signature, consent date and time, policy versions, and technical verification records such as IP address where available.
Scheduling, client, and coaching information
Appointments, session types, availability, booking rules, cancellations, reminders, attendance, and related scheduling activity.
Client profiles, coach notes, goals, preferences, workout or performance information, nutrition-related information, progress information, photos, videos, and other content a user or coach chooses to provide.
Optional or coach-required safety information, including emergency-contact name, relationship, telephone number, injuries, physical limitations, or health-related information.
Users should provide only information that is reasonably necessary. Ascential Growth is not a healthcare provider, and the Services are not designed for medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or storage of comprehensive medical records.
Payments and transactions
We collect subscription, landing-page service, transaction, billing-status, invoice, and limited payment-related information. Payment processors such as Stripe process payment-card and bank information. Ascential Growth generally does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. At launch, Ascential Growth does not process payments between coaches and their clients.
Messages and communications
We collect portal messages between coaches and clients, support communications, SMS preferences and consent records, delivery and opt-out status, and related metadata. Portal messages may be accessed when reasonably necessary to provide support, protect users, investigate misuse, maintain security, or comply with law.
Technical, device, and usage information
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, log data, session activity, referring pages, and error or performance information.
Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies used for essential functions, security, preferences, and analytics.
Landing-page and lead information
When Ascential Growth creates or maintains a coach landing page, we may collect branding assets, photos, testimonials, service descriptions, social links, intake responses, and lead-form submissions. Coaches are responsible for having permission to provide submitted content and testimonials.
4. How We Collect Information
Directly from coaches, clients, parents or guardians, leads, and website visitors.
From coaches who create or manage client profiles, subject to their responsibilities and permissions.
Automatically through the Services, cookies, logs, and analytics tools.
From service providers and integrations used to operate authentication, scheduling, communications, billing, support, and website functionality.
5. How We Use Information
Create, authenticate, administer, and secure accounts.
Provide scheduling, reminders, portal messaging, client management, landing pages, support, and consulting services.
Process subscriptions, setup fees, maintenance fees, invoices, cancellations, and related transactions.
Personalize and improve the Services; analyze performance, usage, and reliability; and develop features.
Send service communications, respond to requests, and enforce user preferences.
Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect rights and safety, and maintain appropriate records.
Send marketing communications only where permitted and, for marketing texts, only after separate express consent.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:
Between a coach and that coach’s authorized clients to provide the Services.
To service providers that perform hosting, database, authentication, communications, automation, payments, accounting, analytics, website, and support functions under appropriate restrictions.
To professional advisers, auditors, insurers, financing sources, or transaction counterparties under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
When required by law, legal process, or government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect Ascential Growth, users, or others.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
With the user’s direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent disclosure to service providers that process messages solely to operate Ascential Growth’s messaging program.
7. SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy
Users may separately and voluntarily opt in to receive automated texts concerning bookings, reminders, cancellations, schedule changes, account notifications, support, or new portal messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. Marketing or promotional texts, if added later, will require separate express consent and may be discontinued at any time.
8. Cookies and Analytics
We may use necessary cookies for login, security, preferences, and core functionality, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand traffic, device use, and performance. Browser settings may allow users to block cookies, although some features may not function properly. If Ascential Growth later uses advertising or retargeting technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or consent required by law.
9. Artificial Intelligence
Ascential Growth may use AI-assisted tools internally for limited business purposes such as development, documentation, analysis, or support. We do not sell user content or provide it to third-party AI providers to train their general-purpose models. If we introduce a product feature that materially uses AI to process user content, we will provide appropriate notice and update this Policy before that use begins.
10. Limited Access to User Content
We limit employee and contractor access to account content and portal messages to situations where access is reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate security or misuse, maintain the Services, protect users, or comply with law. Access should be limited to authorized personnel with a business need.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and business records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and protect security. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and the reason it is held. Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify a person.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur. Users must protect their credentials and notify support@ascentialgrowth.com of suspected unauthorized access.
If a security incident requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and appropriate authorities in the manner and timeframe required by law.
13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; appeal a denied request where applicable; or use an authorized agent. You may also update certain information in your account and opt out of nonessential email or SMS communications through the methods provided.
Where applicable, you may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and request that we limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. Ascential Growth does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising at this time.
Submit a request to support@ascentialgrowth.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity or authority before responding. Deleting information may require closing an account or may limit use of the Services. We may retain limited information for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, security, or legitimate business records.
Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, subject to legal exceptions. Ascential Growth will not discriminate against a user for exercising applicable privacy rights.
14. Minors
Coaches must be at least 18 years old. Clients must be at least 13 years old to create an Ascential Growth account. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and Ascential Growth does not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. A coach may provide services to a child under 13 outside Ascential Growth, but the child may not hold an Ascential Growth account.
A client age 13 through 17 may use their own account only after a parent or legal guardian completes Ascential Growth’s consent section during onboarding, provides the requested identifying and contact information, accepts the Terms on the minor’s behalf, acknowledges this Policy, and signs electronically. Ascential Growth may send the parent or guardian a confirmation notice. The minor must separately choose whether to receive SMS messages.
If we learn that an under-13 child has provided personal information through an account, contact support@ascentialgrowth.com so we can take appropriate action.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Ascential Growth is not responsible for third-party websites, applications, coaches, or services that Ascential Growth does not control.
16. United States Service
The Services are currently offered to U.S.-based users and businesses. Information may be processed and stored in the United States. A U.S.-based user may access the Services while traveling, but Ascential Growth does not currently market or localize the Services for other countries.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as the Services, vendors, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law.
